Coffimia started with a simple belief: coffee is more than just a drink; it's a ritual. Founded in 2024 by a group of passionate coffee enthusiasts, we set out to bridge the gap between conscientious farming and premium roasting.
We traveled to the remote highlands of Ethiopia and the lush valleys of Colombia, meeting farmers who have dedicated their lives to the art of coffee cultivation. It was there, sharing stories over freshly brewed cups, that Coffimia was born.
